Hi my name is Anna Downs and I am the owner of Little Red Beauty Company. I am a licensed nail technician working out of Oshkosh. I have been working in this field for about 3 years now. I specialize in Gel-X and structure gel nails. I only provide gel services due to the fact that I care for every client’s natural nail and want them to feel strong and healthy. I love everything about art which is shown in the nail designs that I do! I strive to make my clients absolutely love their nails and feel as if they got the best experience they could have while getting their nails done. Cancellation Policy
Welcome!
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please familiarize yourself with our policies.
APPOINTMENT & LATE PENALTY
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total.
If you are 15 minutes late for a solid service or 20 minutes late for a design/extended service, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. This allows us to stay on schedule for all clients.Repeated late arrivals may result in future booking restrictions or being dropped as a client.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING (24-HOUR NOTICE)
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Failure to cancel or reschedule outside of the 24-hour grace period will result in your deposit being forfeited/not refunded.
If no deposit was required for your appointment, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged to your account for late cancellations or no-shows.
Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in being dropped as a client or being placed on a "cancellation-only" booking list.
NO SHOW PENALTY
"No-call, no-shows" are taken seriously as they prevent other clients from booking. If you no-call, no-show more than once, you will be dropped as a client and/or subject to a cancellation-only list.
PRODUCT HEADS UP
If you have an existing set of nails done by another salon/technician, please inform us when booking. This ensures we allocate proper time for a safe and complete soak-off or removal if needed.
DESIGN CHANGE
We understand design changes happen! Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to significantly alter your desired design or add extensive art. This allows us to adjust your booking time accordingly and ensure enough time for your beautiful new set.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
If you experience any issues with your nails (e.g., chipping, lifting) within 3 days of your appointment due to product or application error, please contact us immediately to schedule a complimentary fix. After this timeframe, or if the damage is due to client misuse, a repair fee will apply. All services are non-refundable.
Fill-In Policy
To ensure the best results and maintain the integrity of your nails, fill-ins are recommended every 2-3 weeks.Extended Growth: Appointments scheduled beyond 3 weeks from your last service will be considered an "Extended Fill." While we are happy to still fill these, they require significantly more product and time, and will therefore be charged at the rate of a new set.
Excessive Missing Nails: If you arrive with more than two missing nails per hand, your service will automatically be reclassified and charged as a new set to account for the additional product and time required for rebuilding.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Your nail health is our priority. Please inform your technician of any known allergies, medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, fungal infections), or sensitivities before your service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with contagious conditions, open wounds, or any condition that may jeopardize the health and safety of the client or technician.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere and due to limited space, we kindly ask that you inform me before you bring extra people to your appointment.
PAYMENT
We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo]. Any other forms of payment will no longer be accepted.
