Late penalty If you come 10min+ late to your appointment a late fee of 10$ will be added to your total. If you are 25 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled. Therefore you will need to reschedule. *done multiple times in a row may result in being dropped as a client. 24 hour notice Please give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to cancel appointment in the 24 hour grace period will result in a 20$ deposit fee not being refunded. *done multiple times in a row may result in being dropped as a client. Product heads up Please make me aware if you have a previous set done by someone else. This is so I can get you properly scheduled by adding in soak off time. Design change We all are indecisive, which is okay. Please let me know if you are planning on changing your design so I can book you for the proper time slot. No show/ Cancellation penalty I get it, things happen but we have to be courteous of people’s time. If you no call no show more than once you or cancel more than twice in a row you may be dropped as a client or be subjected to a cancellation only list. This is due to the fact that it is not fair to me or other people who would have wanted that time slot. Please note that these policy’s are subject to change and may vary depending on specific requirements. I am very understanding and flexible but with that I want to insure that my time is respected
